نویسندگان

چکیده

This study seeks to understand the effects of new hydrogels based on Oregano® essential oil, Frankincense® and Thieves® blend, which includes clove, lemon, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus radiata, rosemary extract, oil through in vitro cytotoxicity antimicrobial analysis. Mesenchymal stem cells (D1MSCs) generated from dental papilla human wisdom teeth germs were used test hydrogels’ (D1MSCs). The chemical makeup tested oils (EO) was determined using GC-MS analysis, their presence novel UV-VIS primary constituents identified as being present eugenol, pinene, limonene, carvacrol, cymene. by absorption spectra included hydrogel composition also clearly discernible. All studied compounds had a reduced cytotoxic effect cell cultures, proving lack toxicity gels. demonstrates that enriched with pure natural extracts have tangible potential, especially for Staphylococcus aureus Bacillus cereus.
